Open volunteer position for female student

Calling students interested in getting exposure to women leaders across industries in Finland!

An existing secretariat of three women in their twenties is looking for a fourth Secretary to help in the day-to-day running of the Finland chapter of International Women’s Forum (IWF). Each secretary is responsible for managing their own part of the organization’s operations and supports a different committee. With a growing membership, we have determined a need for a new position on the secretariat: managing the full membership life-cycle and supporting the Membership Committee.

The organization runs fully on volunteers, including the board members, committees and secretaries. While this position is unpaid, Secretaries have full access to all member events and mentors. IWF members are senior leaders and executives in their fields, so access and exposure to these women may open doors early in your career and hopefully inspire you to set high career aspirations. We see the Secretary role benefiting the most a female student in her 3rd(ish) year of studies, who is still figuring out her career path.

Below you’ll find more information on the position and how to apply.
