On that note, we are thrilled to welcome you to learn, share and discuss the crucial essence of HRM in a modern business. As key notes, we are excited to have our own IWF members Kerttu Tuomas and Eija Hakakari share from their vast knowledge and experience in the field.
Kerttu has been one of the key persons behind the extraordinary success of Kone as Director of Human Resources and currently sits on several boards, whereas Eija serves as Senior Vice President for People and Culture at Finnair – a company now lauded for its focus on people.
